/how it works
No weeks-long data migration. A sandbox with seed data is ready before you finish your first coffee.
01
Connect your warehouses
A platform admin provisions each site in minutes. Users are scoped to exactly the warehouses they need — nothing more.
02
Load your catalogue
Import products with SKUs, categories, and unit costs. Reorder points are set per warehouse so Site A's thresholds never bleed into Site B.
03
Ask the copilot anything
Demand trends, reorder risks, supplier lead times — your team gets answers in plain language, with the same scope limits as the UI.
/who it's for
Every role sees exactly the sites and actions it needs — nothing borrowed from a generic admin template.
Admin
Full visibility across every warehouse, role, and permission.
Warehouse manager
Runs day-to-day operations for the sites they're assigned to.
Procurement officer
Owns reordering and supplier relationships, forecast-informed.
Auditor
Read-only trail across every movement, no write access anywhere.
/ai copilot
The copilot routes every question to a purpose-built tool against the live database — no hallucinated numbers, no free-form SQL.
/faq
Yes — by design it can't make numbers up. The copilot never writes its own database queries. It chooses a purpose-built tool, that tool runs a fixed, reviewed query, and the answer is generated only from those results. It's also held to the same role and warehouse permissions as the person asking.
Multi-warehouse isn't an add-on — it's the core model. Stock, purchase orders, reorder points, and forecasts are all tracked per site, so adding another warehouse is a setup step, not a migration.
Each product's movement history feeds a per-warehouse Prophet model, benchmarked against an XGBoost comparison and a naive baseline so you can see it's actually earning its keep. Forecasts refresh in the background and surface right where you plan reorders.
There are six roles — Platform Admin, Tenant Admin, Admin, Warehouse Manager, Procurement Officer, and Auditor. Managers and officers are scoped to the warehouses they're assigned to, and that scope is enforced consistently across the interface, the API, and the copilot.
Book a demo and we'll stand up a sandbox seeded with sample data so you can click through inventory, procurement, the outbound workflow, and the copilot the same day — no infrastructure on your side to begin.
/get started
We'll provision a sandbox seeded with realistic data — inventory, suppliers, outbound orders, forecasts — so you can evaluate the full workflow before touching your own data.
